The concept and applications of Electrolyzed Oxidizing water (S.O.W) are NOT actually new.
S.O.W has been used extensively in Japan and Korea for more than 10 years. It¡¯s uses and characteristics have been well documented and it has been approved for use in the United States by the FDA and EPA for many years.

S.O.W is simply ionized water that has been separated - the positive ions are collected on one side of an electric circuit while the negative ions are collected on the other. On one side, you have acidic water and on the other side, alkaline water. Two different ionized waters that are created through Electrolysis.
